All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.




Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

Local pickup is temporarily unavailable.

All orders are currently shipped directly to you. We’ll announce when in-store pickup returns.



Order Tracking

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.




Delays

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your package, please contact the carrier directly first.




Shipping Locations


We currently ship within the United States.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.




Lost or Damaged Packages


If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at skullsndollsclothingco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
