Return Policy

We want you to love your Skulls N Dolls pieces. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

• All sale items, custom products, and limited drops are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Start a Return
